| China is one of the countries suffering most serious meteorological disasters all over the world.Since there is a great variety of strong and frequent meteorological disasters in china,its early warning and the impact assessment is highly required.By now the various levels of meteorological services have attached great importance to the forecasting technology research and the early warning means construction foe the disaster weather.In the present,we have conducted the advanced mathematical statistical methods on the records obtained by the internal meteorological and hydrological network and the mesoscale numerical forecasting products with a high resolution.The research on the information display and early warning technology and the statistical query and accessing technology,as well as the application on the numerical forecasting products,have been developed for the meteorological disasters.Our purpose is to further improve the early warning and forecasting of the disaster weather,and to deeper investigate the comprehensive analysis and early warning technology research on the meteorological disasters.The research on the information display and early warning technology of the meteorological disasters is for the continuous automatic monitoring and warning the disaster weather over China and the surrounding hot sea waters.We attempt to achieve a system for the real-time continuous automatic monitoring displaying to the satellite-observed cloud maps and the Doppler radar mosaic over China.It’s also our purpose that develops a technology for exhibiting the variety elements of meteorological disasters,the national weather situation and the display for the isoline of the numerical forecasting products.Finally,we can produce an active early warning forecast on the major meteorological disasters in China.As special requirements by the early warning on meteorological disasters and the meteorological services,the study on the application of the numerical forecasting products aims to achieve the diagnosing analysis module for the early warning of disasters,which is based on the preliminary elements output by the numerical model.The module is able to output the diagnosed products of numerical weather forecasting,including the visibility,the thunderstorm area,the gale region,etc.It will be directly invoked by the early warning system of meteorological disasters.The statistical query and evaluating technology of meteorological disasters is designed to build a database including the information of meteorological disasters and the related meteorological elements,along with the functions of fast grouping,the real-time and on-time update records.It’s aimed to provide the background data for the information display and early warning system of the meteorological disasters.It will also act as an easy-to-use manage and query platform for the weather forecasters by providing the general and reliable information.Furthermore,this technology can sort and evaluate the elements of meteorological disasters in history by either automatic or manual ways,supplying the basic information to the access of the meteorological disasters. |
