| Some properties of ?-regular semigroups are given,by using the revelant properties of full regular subsemigroup lattices of regular semigroups,we study the properties and characteristics of full ?-regular subsemigroup lattices of ?-regular semigroups,and then the necessary and sufficient conditions of ?-regular semigroups whose full ?-regular subsemigroup lattices are distributive lattices,0-distributive lattices and chain are obtained.Finally,the Green* equivalence relations and sandwich set of ?-regular semigroups are studied. |
