Nonlinear partial differential equation(PDE)has always been a hot topic for mathematical physicists, and it plays an important role in solving practical nonlinear problems. In the light of the ion current equation along the microtubule and magnetoelectricity elastic circular rod longitudinal wave equation in the research, the model describes the ion transport processes in the environment in the cell, and applied to the ion current biological nonlinear scheduling, explains the magnetoelectricity elastic dynamics behavior of the longitudinal wave in the round bar,for a variety of physical properties of the researchers focus on ion flow provides the key theoretical support.Khater method with the improved in this paper the equations of ion current microtubules and plasma wave equation of longitudinal electromagnetic travelling wave solutions and solitary wave solutions, through the Hamiltonian system theory to study the stability of the solution, using the Mathematica will get all the solution generation into the original equation for validation, and draw the obtained solution of the graphics, the accuracy and effectiveness of the modified Khater method are proved. This paper shows the important role of the improved Khater method in solving the ion current microtubule equation and the longitudinal electromagnetic plasma wave equation, and shows that the modified Khater method can be extended to solve other nonlinear partial differential equations.
