Soil microorganisms are the key components of soil ecosystem. As the decomposers of the ecosystem, soil microorganisms are involved in the synthesis and decomposition processes of almost all organic matters. Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the influence of environmental factors on the diversity and structure of microbial communities. With the extensive application of PCR and high-throughput sequencing technology in the field of microbial ecology,it has broken through the limitations of traditional research and provided more ideas and methods for fully revealing the microbial community diversity and community composition. This paper mainly studied vegetation growth status, soil microbial community diversity and structure, and their correlation with environmental factors among different alpine grassland types of the Three-Rivers Region. The results showed that:(1)The vegetation community structure of alpine meadow was more complicated, and the diversity index was higher than several other grassland types. The vegetation height of the temperate desert steppe was the highest, but the vegetation uniformity was significantly lower than other grassland types. Most types of grassland vegetation species were not similar in the Three-Rivers Region.Among them,The vegetation species of temperate desert steppe was the most dissimilar to the alpine meadow, and the two types of grassland had the highest replacement rates.(2)Differences in prokaryotic and fungal community diversity and community structure were influenced by grassland type.Soil microbial community diversity and community structure varied less for the same grassland type sample and more for different grassland type samples.(3)Both soil prokaryotic and fungal community diversity and structure were significantly correlated with soil p H and soil moisture content(SMC).The influence on soil prokaryotic community structure was greater for vegetation cover(CD)and for fungal community structure is greater for temperature(MAT).(4)The results based on structural equation model fitting indicate that elevation has a profound effect on the construction of soil microbial communities in the region. The dominant factor in soil prokaryotic community diversity is temperature, while the dominant factor in soil fungal community diversity and the only factor affecting it is soil factor. For soil microbial community structure, soil factor is important influencing factor. In addition, soil prokaryotic community structure and fungal community structure are interactive with each other.
