In recent years,China's meteorological satellite technology has made considerable progress,the application of meteorological satellite cloud pictures are becoming more and more extensive,and the application and service capabilities are becoming stronger and stronger.But more complex electromagnetic environment makes some meteorological satellite abnormal data,the loss of scientific research value,reduce the rate of application of meteorological satellite.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize these satellite images and improve the image quality.Introduces the related knowledge of meteorological satellite;expounds the principle of meteorological satellite receiver;Analysis of the factors that may affect the quality of the received satellite images,and the influence factors of classification and analysis;Summarizes the possible satellite images after disturbance problems and performance.Analysis of gray histogram equalization and smoothing filtering pretreatment method,combined with the characteristics of the meteorological satellite cloud image was improved.The improved histogram equalization enhances the dynamic range of the gray value of the satellite cloud image and enhances the contrast of the satellite cloud image.At the same time avoid the global pixel gray value images feature details of the re distribution of loss;Analysis of the inhibitory effect of median filter and mean filter image noise,Combined with the characteristics of meteorological satellite cloud images,a median filtering method based on double threshold decision is proposed.The improved filtering method not only reduces the processing time complexity,but also avoids the loss of edge information in satellite cloud images.Puting forward a kind of image anomaly detection algorithm based on Hough transform.Experiments show that the algorithm significantly reduces the time complexity of the Hought transform algorithm.Combined with the characteristics of satellite cloud image anomaly data,the local smoothing filtering algorithm is improved,and the integrity of the reconstructed satellite cloud image is improved.Finally,introduces the application of the meteorological satellite cloud image processing technology in the actual business.Introduces the application of the system algorithm,and introduces the basic process of a suspected of containing abnormal data satellite system.
