| Renewable energy has been paid more and more attention to countries.As a kind of easy-to-forecast and wide distribution energy,ocean current energy has huge development value.Ocean current energy density in the Chinese Sea is generally lower than European countries.The existing technology of the European countries cannot be directly used in China,China needs to improve technology or self-develop according to local conditions.One of the sealed generator in the water is install the generator in a sealed cabin.Another is used to insulating liquid glue sealed generator.Use insulating liquid glue make seawater into the generator.Seawater can make the generator dissipate heat,but generator need improve seal quality because of tremendous pressure at sea level.Most ocean current generator is a multi-slot winding.Due to the multi-slot winding and the limitation of magnetic gap,insulation sealing becomes difficult and not reliability.Generator seal is too thin will cause the generator seal failure.The generator seal problem has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper proposes a-single-winding stator generator structure to improve the reliability of the generator seal.According to characteristics of the starting torque to design a turbine that is easy to start at low flow rate.The effectiveness of the method is proved by simulation and experimental test.The main work in this paper is as follows:(1)Propose the design of ocean current energy generation device according to the magnetic circuit analysis of a-single-winding stator generator and Bates Theory,Blade Element Momentum Theory of turbine.Determine the shape and number of turbines,the structure of a-single-winding stator generator.(2)Change the core structure of the generator to reduce the eddy current loss and the cogging torque of the permanent magnet generator.Simulation of the generator by Ansys Maxwell,prove the validity of the design and predict the generator parameters.(3)According to the laboratory conditions to determining the ocean current energy generator’s structural parameters.Produce the turbine of the ocean current energy generation devices by 3D printing technology,and produce the generator core by wire cutting technology.(4)Perform environment experiment,generator efficiency experiment and underwater experiment for ocean current energy generation device.Experiments show that a-single-winding ocean current generating device is easy to seal and reliable.The device can effectively use the ocean current generating power.Through the research work of this paper.Use a-single-winding generator can reduce the work of generator seal to improve the scope of application of the ocean current energy generation device. |
