This paper mainly studies the effect of salinity and other factors on distribution of Suaeda heteroptera in liaohe estuary wetland. The study area is located in Liaohe estuary wetland, liaoning province.First of all,the community of S.heteroptera in liaohe estuary wetland in 30 years was analyzed by comprehensive analysis method of remote sensing interpretation, fixed point monitoring and yearbook consulting. And analyzed the different areas of the distribution of S.heteroptera with collecting soil samples by outdoor.Studied the relationship between the community and environmental factors and the influence of the S.heteroptera seeds by the burial depth and depth and salinity by simulation. On this basis This paper expounds the reason of wetland degradation and the thought of restoration. As follows:(1)Remote sensing interpretation of Liaohe estuary wetland S.heteroptera community, chalk up the distribution and Dynamic Index in 30 years.Compare the community area of S.heteroptera and various wetland areas of Liaohe estuary wetland in 30 years. Also Compare the meteorological data?Output growth of agriculture?forestry?fishery?Change in the number of oil well and tourism, the changes of the community area of S.heteroptera in 30 years are influenced by human activities.(2)In April 2018,we selected a sample plot in Liaohe estuary wetland with S.heteroptera distribution,we chose 3 types of area, junction area of bare beach and S.heteroptera, pure S.heteroptera growth area, and junction area of S.heteroptera and Phragmites australis. The basic ion cations in the S.heteroptera community are mainly Na+,K+,Ca2+ and Mg2+,and the anions were mainly Cl-,SO42-and HCO3-.Soil salinity anions in all layers are dominated by Cl-,and cations are dominated by Na+ion. In Liaohe estuary wetland,S.heteroptera community and its interlaced area, the threshold of soil salt content in 0-30 cm depth range is(2.51-6.13g/kg).The results of principal component analysis provide theoretical basis for comprehensive analysis and evaluation of soil salt spatial distribution in S.heteroptera community and its interlaced area.(3)Taking experiment on seed germination to the S.heteroptera seeds. The experiment is divided into two parts.Germination experiments in petri dish and in soil are carried out on the S.heteroptera seeds.By means of comparing germination rate and radicle length of different treatment groups, and that leads to the conclusion. When the seeds germinated in petri dish, the optimum salinity was 20‰.When the S.heteroptera seeds germinate in the soil, the optimal water depth and burial depth of S.heteroptera are 0cm,and the optimum salinity range is between 10g/kg and 15g/kg.(4)The direct cause of wetland degradation in Liaohe estuary wetland is habitat change, which is caused by human activities. It can be said that human activities are the root cause of community degradation.Liaohe estuary wetland in Liaoning Province plays an important ecological effect. So we must strengthen to the rightness the alkaline wetland protection, follow the natural law, public participation, optimize the management, improve the legal system,To open up a new way of sustainable utilization of wetland resources of S.heteroptera.
