Research On Multi-dimensional Spatial Distribution And Optimization Of Nursing Facilities Based On GIS In Nanchang City Center

With the continuous development of modern society's economic,scientific,and medical standards,the living standards of human beings have been continuously improved,and their life spans have generally been extended.At the same time,the growth rate of the elderly population has accelerated significantly,making the problem of aging an issue that has become a social problem faced by all countries.Although China entered the aging society a little later than developed countries in the West,the issue of providing for the elderly has already attracted attention.Nanchang entered an aging society in 2002.From the perspective of the development of old-age care in Nanchang,the rapid development of population aging has brought greater pressure on aging public services and socialized old-age services,and faces a series of development difficulties and challenge.Among them,the contradiction between supply and demand of institutional aged care facilities and community home aged care service facilities,and uneven spatial distribution are particularly prominent,which have caused a certain impact on the development of aged care facilities in Nanchang.By understanding the development background of an aging society,the use status and spatial layout of institutional aged care facilities and community home aged care facilities in the central urban area of Nanchang,and its own expertise,this article conducts the following research.First,the relevant domestic and foreign research progress on the supply-demand relationship of elderly care facilities,allocation standards,planning research,spatial layout and optimization is summarized.And learn about the concepts and theories of senior care facilities.Then based on the analysis of the size and distribution characteristics of the elderly population in the downtown area of Nanchang,combined with the GIS spatial analysis technology,the analysis and evaluation of the spatial distribution of the nursing facilities were conducted to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the nursing facilities.In this way,targeted strategies and suggestions for the layout optimization of elderly facilities in Nanchang City are put forward.The results show that:(1)The overall spatial distribution of institutional aged care facilities and community home aged care facilities in Nanchang's central urban area is uneven.Institutional pensions are distributed in the old city area,but the overall scale is not large.Community home care service facilities in different areas have large differences in spatial configuration,and some streets,towns and towns with large elderly populations have not yet established community home care service facilities.(2)Based on accessibility analysis,the accessibility of institutional care facilities in the downtown area of Nanchang shows a decreasing form from the city center to the outer circle.The space accessibility of community home care service facilities is generally low.(3)From the perspective of the occupancy rate and space coverage uniformity of the elderly facilities,the institutional elderly facilities generally have higher occupancy rates at the municipal and regional levels,and the occupancy rate decreases with increasing distance from the city center.The space coverage rate of community home care service facilities is low and unevenly distributed.
