In recent years,alloy nanomaterials have attracted the attention of many researchers due to their excellent properties.Compared with single metal nanomaterials,alloy nanomaterials not only retain the excellent properties of the two alloy metals,but also exhibit unexpected special properties due to the influence of synergistic effects.The researchers found that the alloy nanomaterials have excellent performance in hydrogen storage,electrocatalytic materials,sensors and optical properties.In this paper,AgCu alloy nanoparticles embedded uniformly in alumina films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition equipment.Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the nanomaterials,and the photoluminescence and nonlinear optical properties of the alloy nanoparticles were detected.In order to improve the optical properties of AgCu alloy nanoparticles,glass nanoparticles were synthesized by adjusting the parameters of rapid annealing.The signal of photoluminescence intensity of glassy AgCu alloy nanoparticles is much stronger than that of AgCu alloy crystal nanoparticles.It is found that the nonlinear optical absorption coefficient of glassy AgCu alloy nanoparticles is twice that of AgCu crystal nanoparticles.In addition to the traditional morphology modulation,this provides another method for changing the nonlinear optical properties of metal nanostructures.The growth of glass nanoparticles can realize optical nonlinear enhancement,which is of great significance for the application of nanostructures in optical limiter devices and all-optical switching devices.
