| With the rapid population growth and the accelerating economic globalization,the demand for trade and resources in modern society is growing.The construction of ships and offshore structures has been rapidly developed,and the number has greatly increased.However,the ships and offshore structures constructed in the early year have been faced with removal over time,and the dismantling of these structures has become a social new problem and challenge.Previous studies mainly focused on the toxic and hazardous substances and their release in the shipbreaking process,and put forward to ban or limit the use of some toxic and hazardous substances,standardize the shipbreaking behavior,or put forward specific operational recommendations.Firstly,this paper firstly discusses the general removal process of abandoned ship and offshore platform and introduces the existing technology and method of the removal of the abandoned offshore platform.Secondly,this paper takes a jacket as an example,fully considering its structural condition and the situation of the environment condition,analyzes and calculates the force of the structure when cutting the jacket,and discusses the influences in the different cutting order.Moreover,the change of ultimate bearing capacity during the cutting process of the jacket is also discussed,so that the lifting scheme of the jacket removal process is researched and optimized.In addition,this paper also applies the analytic hierarchy process to carry out risk assessment of the abandoned platform demolition process,obtains the weight of each risk source,has certain guiding significance for risk control,reduces the probability of risk occurring during the demolition process,and reduces the impact of various risks to the lowest.For the existing technology of offshore structure removal,this paper proposes to apply abrasive water jet to the shipbreaking process and to study the feasibility of this application from environmental protection,safety,efficiency and economy.This paper also discusses the application of abrasive water jet cutting technology in offshore platform removal project and analyzes the advantages of this technology in many aspects.After the research of this paper proves,it is feasible to apply abrasive water jet cutting technology to the removal of offshore structure.However,due to the abrasives water jet cutting is a relatively new technology,there are still some shortcomings in this application,but the environmental and safety advantages of this technology are unmatched by other technologies and we hope that in the future development,the abrasive water jet can overcome these deficiencies,to obtain a broader space for more application. |
