With the improvement of people's living standards and changes in work habits,the incidence of urinary calculi in the population is on the rise.The traditional treatment method is open surgery,but the method is risky and postoperative recovery is more painful.The CTH:YAG laser generated by the holmium laser treatment device can act on the stone,generate high temperature to decompose the stone,and recover quickly after surgery.At present,many countries have made corresponding research on holmium laser therapeutic apparatus,but they are limited to the working conditions when the temperature of the coolant is low.It is important to study the output under normal temperature conditions.The temperature of CTH:YAG lasers temperature changes directly affect the overall system characteristics.This subject has designed a holmium laser therapeutic instrument with a normal temperature air cooling circulating water system.The paper mainly analyzes the krypton laser generation mechanism,the Ho laser energy level distribution and the temperature-dependent ion concentration change,and expounds the crushed stone principle and advantages of holmium laser.The optical resonators with different structures and their corresponding stability were analyzed,and the power variation caused by the change of cavity length was studied.An experimental platform was built to measure the krypton laser output power of different cavity lengths.The structure of the xenon lamp,power supply and concentrating cavity in the optical pumping system is described,and the output of the power supply system is measured.Simulation calculation of the coupled system of the output laser at room temperature.The overall design of the medical holmium laser treatment instrument under the first normal temperature condition was completed,and the thermal lens effect of the laser cavity and laser crystal under normal temperature water circulation cooling condition was improved.Aiming at the characteristics of the beam of the normal temperature laser system,the simulation design of the coupling system of the laser beam and the conducting fiber is carried out.The experimental verification machine was built and debugged and tested.The experimental data showed that the laser output energy and repetition rate range met the requirements of powdered macadam.
