The Jinzhai-huoshan area is located in the eastern section of the Tongbo-dabie orogenic belt,bounded by the Mozitan-xiaotian fault,with the north side being the north the Huaiyang rift compound fold belt and the south side being the Dabie tectonic belt.The study area is located in the eastern Qinling-dabiemetallogenic province in the north Huaiyang gold-silver-lead and zinc,molybdenum,niobium metallogenic belt and Tongbai-Dabie gold-silver-copper-molybdenum lead-zinc-iron-rutile-fluorite-perlite metallogenic belt.The Gongdongchong?Yinshuisi and other Pb-Zn deposit and a batch of gold,silver,lead and zinc polymetallic pointshave been found in thisarea,showing the good prospect of looking for lead and zinc,gold polymetallic mineralization.Since the 1970 s,some regional geochemical surveys,geologicalsurvey and ore prospecting studies hadbeen carried out in the research area,but the working time is relatively early,the amount of analytical elements are limited,and the analytical testing methods are outdated.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out systematic geochemical measurements of sediments in the region,analyze the geochemical anomalies of elements in the region,and evaluate the prospecting potential in the region,so as to provide geochemical information for basic geological research and ore prospecting in the region.In this paper,after collecting and analysis of previous geological data,we carried out the 1:50 000 stream sediments(soil)survey work to analyzecontents of Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn,As,Sb,Bi,Hg,W,Sn,Mo,V,Ti,Crin the stream sediment We discussed the spatial distribution characteristics and law of enrichmentof content of the analysis elementsin the area.Based on the study of concentration and composition zoning of abnormal elements,the possible main ore-forming elements and mineralization types were inferred,and 53 geochemical comprehensive anomalies were delineated,including 12 of class a,21 of class b,and 20 of class c.This paper evaluated the prospecting potential of the studied area,and delineated two A-level prospecting prospect areas(including the Yangguanchong-Chenjiawan and Dingpachong-Xianhualing),and three B-level prospecting prospect areas(includingthe Badoutian-Baiyunan,Niujiaochong-Huanglin and Jiuwangzhai-Xinkailing).Compared with the background values of sediments in Anhui province,Au and Mo were relatively enriched,while Cu,Ag,As,Sb and W were relatively poor.Au,Sb,Hg in stream sediments have strong differentiation model,As,Bi,W,Mo have differentiation model,Cu,Pb,Ag,Cr have weak differentiation model,and Zn and V have uneven distribution model.The ore-forming elements Au,W,Mo,Cu,Pb and Ag are unevenly distributed,with a large degree of dispersion,easy to form strong anomalies and have great prospecting significance.
