Semi-quantum cryptography is a subject based on the principles of classical cryptography and quantum mechanics.Its security no longer depends on the unproven assumptions of mathematical problems,but mainly on quantum mechanics principles such as the uncertainty principle and the non-cloning theorem.Semi-quantum key distribution is an important research direction of semi-quantum cryptography.The unconditional security in information theory it possesses is mainly guaranteed by the principles of quantum mechanics.Semi-quantum key distribution allows participant with only limited quantum capabilities to securely obtain keys,and then combined with quantum one-pad-time technology,quantum secret communications can be conducted securely.Mediated semi-quantum key distribution has the same security as semi-quantum key distribution.The mediated semi-quantum key distribution means that two participants with limited quantum capabilities can obtain the key securely with the help of an untrusted third party.This makes mediated semi-quantum key distribution protocol easy to implement in practical situations,and thus the application scenarios are more extensive.This paper mainly studies three types of mediated semi-quantum key distribution protocols.In mediated semi-quantum key distribution protocols based on single photon and measurement-device-independent,the achievements in the following.1?Based on the existing mediated semi-quantum key distribution protocol using two-way quantum channel,in view of single quantum state,a mediated semi-quantum key distribution protocol which applies one-way quantum channel is proposed,and it is proved that the proposed protocol can resist CNOT gate attacks and collective attacks etc..The comparison analysis with similar protocols is made.The proposed protocol can reduce the quantum capacity required by untrusted third party,and the key rate is not lower than similar protocols.2?By removing the quantum measurement capability required by the original protocol,the mediated semi-quantum key distribution protocol based on Bell state is improved.one mediated measurement-device-independent semi-quantum key distribution protocol which is based on single quantum state is put forward.The improved protocol can resist measurement attacks,pseudo-attack attacks etc.,and the comparison analysis is made.
