With the rapid economic development,the contradiction between environmental pollution,energy crisis and people's pursuit of a better life is becoming more and more intense.The development of green and renewable new energy sources plays a very important role in reducing environmental pollution and reducing people's dependence on traditional fossil energy.The important role is also increasingly valued by research scholars.Lithium ion has been widely used in driving,military,aviation and other fields due to its smaller size,highest energy density,and strong,adaptable working environment.However,it also has shortcomings,shcu as graphite materials with low capacity and low intercalation stability have been used as commercial negative electrode materials.Therefore,searching for excellent lithium ion battery negative electrode materials has always been a hot topic in the scientific community.At the same time,the study of the mechanical behavior of materials cannot be ignored.Mature mechanical analysis can be used to explain the mechanism of material destruction and provide direction for material modification.In this paper,based on the first principles and basic knowledge of elastic mechanics,the CdS,LiCd,Li3Cd,Li models were established to study their mechanical parameters and uniaxial tensile properties for the purpose of exploring the hazard mechanism of CdS lithium storage alloying:(1)The young's modulus,shear modulus,Poisson's ratio,and bulk modulus of CdS anode materials decrease with the increase of lithiation degree,and the material changes from ductile material to brittle material;(2)The anisotropy coefficient of CdS anode material increases first and then decreases as the degree of lithiation increases,and the anisotropy of the Li crystal is the most,the value is 8.0308;(3)The strength limit of the uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve of the CdS anode material decreases as the degree of lithiation increases;(4)The electrochemical stability of carbon-coated CdS nanoribbons is better than pure CdS nanoribbons,and the carbon-coated materials synthesized by CdS nanoribbons and carbon source with a mass ratio of 1:1 have the best electrochemical performance,Showing a specific capacity of 480mAhg-1 at a test rate of lAg-1,and a specific capacity of 820mAhg-1 at a test rate of 0.1 Ag-1.
