Light-emitting diode?LED?has the advantages of long life,high efficiency,resistance to harsh environments,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.,and is considered to be a green lighting source in the 21st century.At present,commercial white LEDs are mainly composed of blue LED chips and YAG:Ce phosphors.This LED has many advantages,but it also has the disadvantages of low color rendering,poor phosphor uniformity,and easy yellowing.Compared with phosphor materials,luminescent glass has the advantages of good uniformity,high transparency,easy processing into various shapes,low production cost,and excellent thermal stability.In this paper,Ce3+/Tb3+/Eu3+doped gadolinium borosilicate glass?GBS light-emitting glass?was prepared by high temperature melt cooling method.X-ray diffraction?XRD??transmission spectrum?excitation spectrum?emission spectrum?infrared spectrum?Color coordinates and other research and analysis of GBS light-emitting glass.Research indicates:In the change of the matrix composition,as the concentration of B2O3 and Al2O3 in the matrix increased,the luminous intensity of Eu3+ions in GBS light-emitting glass appeared a maximum value,while the Eu3+luminous intensity always increased with the increase of the content of B2O3 or Al2O3,which proved that the glass There is a reduction effect of Eu3+to Eu3+in the matrix;it is concluded that the changes in the composition of the matrix,B2O3 and Al2O3,have a large regulating effect on the luminescent properties of the glass.The structural reasons for this phenomenon were analyzed by Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy.Therefore,the purpose of improving the light emitting performance of the glass by changing the composition of the substrate is achieved.In the study of Ce3+/Tb3+/Eu3+doped GBS light-emitting glass,when Eu3+single-doped GBS light-emitting glass was excited at 395 nm,the two strongest emission peaks mainly appeared at 588 nm and 614 nm,and the Eu3+doped concentration was 0.9 mol%.The extreme value of luminescence appeared at the time,which proved that the doping of Eu3+would cause the luminescence quenching phenomenon of glass samples.When Tb3+/Eu3+double-doped GBS light-emitting glass,under the excitation of 378 nm,a series of tests and analysis show that there is energy transfer of Tb3+?Eu3+ions in the glass sample;adjusting the Tb3+/Eu3+doped ratio can adjust the ideal luminous effect.When Ce3+/Tb3+/Eu3+co-doped GBS light-emitting glass,under the excitation of 378 nm,the optimal white light emission can be obtained when the concentration ratio of the three rare earth ions of Ce3+/Tb3+/Eu3+is 4:3:6,and the coordinate point is?0.3376,0.3287?Color temperature CCT:5237K.And there is a phenomenon of energy transfer between the three ions.The prepared Ce3+/Tb3+/Eu3+doped GBS light-emitting glass has potential application value in the field of white LED.
