Valuation Of Natural Resources Assets In Intertidal Flats Of Yellow River Delta

The research on valuation of natural resources assets in tidal flats has gradually attracted widespread attention from scholars of various countries,and has become one of the leading topics in the research on valuation of international natural resources.The Yellow River Delta is the youngest and most characteristic wetland in the world,and has attracted widespread attention from scholars of various countries.This paper selects the tidal flat of Yellow River Delta as the research object,and carries out a scientific and comprehensive value assessment,which can not only provide data for tidal flat in study area and monitoring and research of its resource,but also provide reliable science for planning and development of the tidal flat,which ensure the sustainable use of wetlands and their resources.This paper selects and classifies the region's leading indicators of natural resource asset value through drawing on the methods and some achievements of valuation of natural resource assets at home and abroad,and using remote sensing and geographic information technology as the support,basing on the study of area and distribution of the tidal flat in Yellow River Delta over 30 years from 1989 to 2018,Selection and classification of natural resource asset value assessment indicators;meanwhile,the value evaluation methods are summarized and screened,and the combination of material quality and value is used to estimate natural resource assets of tidal flat in Yellow River Delta.Then based on the estimation results of four years,the functional value,unit area value,and value of each area are classified and assigned,and the changes in the value of natural resources assets of tidal flat in Yellow River Delta over past 30 years are obtained.At last,the management countermeasures and models of tidal flat ecosystem in Yellow River Delta are put forward based on the results of the changes in value of natural resources assets of tidal flat.Combined with the actual situation of the modern Yellow River Delta tidal flats,and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of high-resolution remote sensing images,this paper establishes a value assessment system for natural resources assets of the Yellow River Delta tidal flats.Considering the possibility of data acquisition and calculation,this paper selects seven leading services including land reclamation,water storage and flood regulation,water quality purification,soil organic carbon storage,biological habitats,leisure and entertainment,and scientific research and education functions.This research is carried out according to the actual situation,mainly it selects the main methods such as market value method,shadow engineering method,alternative cost method,afforestation cost method and travel cost method to evaluate the value of various indicators,and then it establishes functions,types and methods that are in one-to-one correspondence.According to the value evaluation system established in this paper,the value of the tidal flat natural resources assets in 1989,2000,2009 and 2018 were evaluated and analyzed.According to statistics,in 1989,the total value of the natural resources assets of the Yellow River Delta tidal flat was 20,619.1 million yuan,of which the value of scientific research and education functions accounted for the main proportion in the social value.In 2000,the total value of the natural resources assets of the Yellow River Delta tidal flat was 2,399.1 million yuan,of which ecological The value of biological habitat function value in the value occupies the main proportion.The total value of the natural resource assets of the Yellow River Delta tidal flat in 2009 was 543.857 million yuan,of which the value of leisure and entertainment in the social value accounted for the main proportion.The total value of the natural resource assets of the Yellow River Delta tidal flat in 2018 values 1800.429 million yuan,of which social entertainment value occupies the main proportion.The changes in the area and distribution of the tidal flats in the Yellow River Delta and the trend of the value of the natural resources assets of the tidal flats are analyzed so as to come to the conclusion of the relationship between.The area of tidal flat in Yellow River Delta has been a decreasing process from 1989 to 2018 and the reduction area is 687.24km~2,while the value of natural resource assets of tidal flat has been increasing and the amount of value added is 15,92.3million yuan.During this period,the area of the whole study area and the change of natural resources assets of tidal flat revealed an opposite trend.With the continuous development of society and economy in past 30 years,the occupation and influence of human activities on natural tidal flats have become increasingly serious,making the area of natural tidal flats gradually decrease.However,with the economic development and development of natural tidal flats,their total value continues to increase,and due to the decrease in area ofThe tidal flat in the Yellow River Delta has been decreased from 1989 to 2018,and the reduced area is 687.24km~2.However,the natural resources asset value is increasing,which is 15942.36 million yuan,and natural tidal flat's unit area is increasing year by year under the reduced area and the ecological condition.Moreover,natural resources'asset value is decreasing with increased coastline twists and turns,narrowed tidal flat width,poor continuity and declining geomorphic stability,which is mainly affected by ecological environment and functions apart from national policy factors,such as Area I and III.In addition,areas with small coastline twists and turns,the width of tidal flat is constantly increasing,and natural resources asset value in the regions with good continuity and increasing geomorphic stability is also increasing.Apart from the effect factors such as living standards'improvement and consumption concept's change with social economic development,the main reason is that ecological environment and function are in good condition,the ecological and function value are high,and ecological resources are abundant full of exploitable and scientific research's education value,such as Area two.
