Hydraulic system is a key component in engineering field.In the event of failure due to aging,default or other external causes,the entire engineering equipment will be at risk of break down.Because of the sealing of the hydraulic system,it is difficult to maintain the hydraulic system,while the high cost and temperature sensitive characteristics of the hydraulic system often lead to the problem of small sample life data in the life prediction of hydraulic components.For the reliability life prediction of hydraulic components,the current research focuses on the improvement of life model,the acquisition of reliability life-time data of hydraulic components under different temperature and operating conditions too much relies on high-cost tests and incomplete maintenance data of hydraulic elements.Therefore,this paper is of great significance to the reliability lifetime prediction method of hydraulic components under small samples condition.Firstly,this paper starts with the research on the prediction method of hydraulic component performance degradation,and briefly introduces the different residual life prediction methods,which also illustrates the statistical constraints of many methods in engineering practice dealing with small samples,a method for predicting the reliability life-time of hydraulic components is proposed.Secondly,starting with the degenerative process of key hydraulic elements in hydraulic equipment,for the fault type of leakage and failure due to sealing wear of the key hydraulic elements,the life-time information of the hydraulic elements is obtained through the degradation test of the hydraulic laboratory table,and the equivalent radius is obtained by ANSYS finite element analysis of the sealing components using the equivalent radius method when the hydraulic components fail.In the simulation software,the degradation process of leakage caused by sealing wear of hydraulic components was restored.According to the material characteristics of sealing elements under different temperatures and pressures,other life-time prediction results under different working conditions and temperatures were derived.A method for calculating the service life of hydraulic elements according to the material properties of sealing elements under different working conditions and temperatures is obtained.Finally,the residual life-time prediction model is briefly introduced.The obtained samples are used to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution model.The life-time prediction process of the hydraulic components of the equipment is completed by means of software,which proves the feasibility of the method described in this paper.The method can not only provide accurate life-time prediction results for hydraulic elements at different temperatures and operating conditions,in meanwhile the accuracy of reliability life-time prediction of hydraulic components under small samples is improved by expanding the samples,and the reliability life –time prediction of other hydraulic elements is provided with reference and thinking.
