As a new biotechnology,gene editing has shown great value in many fields.The development of technology can not only promote the development of national social economy,but also improve the international competitiveness.At present,the international technology competition is increasingly fierce,to promote the development of gene editing and technology of China,the first task is to clear the current situation of the development of gene editing techniques,secondly analyses the factors affecting the development of domestic gene editing techniques,the key to the development of technical requirements and potential fields,can be further to promote the development of the China gene editing techniques provide reasonable SuggestionsThis paper clarifies the research status at home and abroad through literature review,Then a questionnaire survey was conducted among domestic gene editing researchers,and principal component analysis was used to extract the main variables affecting the development of technology from the perspective of scientific research group,and found that: First,the internal factors influencing the development of gene editing technology mainly include "risk awareness","research level","external resources","development trend" and "technology status".Secondly,researchers' comprehensive value judgment on the trend,status quo and risk of technology development plays a dominant role in the internal influencing factors.Third,the research level of gene-editing researchers is as critical as the role of research resources in technological development.Based on the ordered polytaxonomic Logistic regression,the understanding and differences of researchers and institutions with different characteristics on the potential application fields and key requirements of gene editing were identified and analyzed,and it was found that: First,the research needs of gene editing,potential breakthroughs,social ethical problems,potential fields of advantage,and ecological and technological risks have a significant impact on the degree of approval of researchers.Secondly,those who pay more attention to the industrialization of technology consider botany as a potential field of competitive advantage.Groups that pay more attention to social ethics and public opinion,and pay less attention to biological and technological risks,are generally in favor of gene editing.Those who pay attention to basic technical research,think that the development of gene editing mainly depends on scientific research institutions,and think that ecological risks are high,have a low degree of approval for gene editing.Finally,combining the domestic technology development and policy status and the advanced experience of developed countries,this paper puts forward policy Suggestions for promoting technology development from four aspects: optimizing the funding system,attaching importance to patent application,strengthening public opinion guidance,and improving laws and regulations.
