Truck cranes are widely used in various fields in real life.The telescopic boom system is the main load-bearing component of the crane.It has many types and complex working conditions.The traditional design method is used for analysis,which requires a lot of repetitive calculations.Not only the design period is long,but the calculation accuracy cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a finite element analysis software with wide applicability,high accuracy and high efficiency to meet the design and analysis work of multi-operating conditions of telescopic boom systems of series truck cranes.This article uses ANSYS parametric design language as a carrier tool to develop structural analysis software for telescopic boom systems for single-cylinder rope rows,double-cylinder rope rows,and single-cylinder bolts.The specific work mainly includes:1)Establish a parameterized finite element model.Based on the parametric design ideas,a three-dimensional parametric finite element model of the telescopic arm structure is established,that is,the purpose of rapid modeling is achieved by modifying the size parameters.2)Finite element model analysis of telescopic arm system.Using ANSYS parameterized language and its optimized design module,you can achieve static analysis,dynamic analysis,modal analysis,etc.The simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for structural design and structural optimization.3)Design of software analysis platform.Integrate the research results,develop and complete the "Finite Element Analysis Platform for Truck Crane Telescopic Arm Structure".This design platform is based on the graphical interface development environment of VB software,establishes a human-computer interaction interface,and realizes the call to ANSYS through the interface,so as to realize the finite element analysis work.The developed finite element analysis platform for telescopic boom structure of truck crane has been applied to the design process of crane telescopic boom products,which is of great significance to shorten the product design cycle and enhance the core competitiveness of products.
