With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid improvement of the level of science and technology,digital topographic mapping requires more and more automated and intelligent computer graphics editing software.In the internal drawing process of digital topographic maps,the surface overlay decoration of digital topographic maps is the basic display method of topographic maps.It reflects the basic topographic information and the topographic map information must be displayed correctly and accurately.On the surface.Therefore,the correct processing of the cover finishing quality in the result data quality content of the digital topographic map,that is,the correct processing of the surface cover of the digital topographic map,is particularly important.However,the traditional methods for covering and finishing of digital topographic maps are often time-consuming and laborious,and due to the uneven attitude and technical level of the digital topographic map internal staff,the phenomenon of digital topographic map data capping is caused.In response to these problems,the paper takes the Hancheng mining area in Shaanxi Province as the research area,based on the secondary development technology of AutoCAD software,and uses the C++language to study the automatic inspection and processing of the cover between the wireless terrain elements in the digital topographic map.The main research is The content and results are as follows:(1)Based on the classification and codes of basic geographic information elements and the data dictionary of basic geographic information elements,analyze and research the elevation annotation points,point symbol elements,and annotation elements that are prone to overlaying in digital topographic maps.The automatic extraction of elevation annotation points,point symbol elements,and annotation element information in digital topographic maps is realized.(2)Analyzed the main reasons and main types of digital topographic map capping,the legibility and unambiguity of the digital topographic map capping processing,and the optimization theory of capping processing.The optimal solution for the capping processing between wireless terrain elements in digital topographic maps is obtained,which is to calculate the minimum moving distance of the capping elements that move preferentially in the digital topographic map,so that the wireless terrain elements in the digital topographic map are capped.The automatic processing is optimized.(3)Analysis and research on the problem of surface capping in digital topographic maps.Through the combination of the existing directional bounding box OBB algorithm and the R-tree spatial index data structure,the location range of easy-to-overcap elements and the surface-capped area in the digital topographic map can be quickly obtained.Automatically check the cover between wireless terrain elements in digital topographic maps.(4)In the research process of digital topographic map capping,the automatic processing of map capping is an extremely complicated task.Based on the blank area in the digital topographic map and the quality requirements after the capping treatment,the maximum offset distance of the movable capping element in the digital topographic map is set by the program,and the minimum offset value of the movable capping element is calculated,and determine the moving direction of the moving gland element.The automatic processing of capping between wireless terrain elements in the digital topographic map is realized,and the efficiency and quality of the capping processing of the digital topographic map are effectively improved.
