A Study On The Transformation Of Al Gore's Action Foothold To Solve The Climate Crisis Based On STS Horizon

Al Gore is the 45 th Vice President of the United States and he is also known for his work on environmental issues.By presenting environmental protection thoughts of Gore from 2000 when he started devoting himself to environmental protection work to 2019,and to take Gore's relevant thoughts as a practical example,so as to combine the research paradigm of the relationship between society and science and technology in STS in philosophy of science and technology,aiming at the development and applicability of STS theory,from three different dimensions of politics,economy and social culture,that is,combining with the relevant theoretical level,this paper analyzes the reasons for the change of Gore's foothold in solving the climate crisis and the ways and methods to solve the climate crisis in this process.Finally,based on the theoretical framework of STS,this paper proposed solutions to the climate crisis from the perspectives of development,values and education.Through applying STS theory to the framework of the relationship between humans and nature,the methods that Gore solve the climate crisis has been presented as a real example to test the framework,and in turn,the STS framework which is placed in the relationship between human and nature has also provided a theoretical support to solving the climate crisis,thus a benign interaction relationship has formed.
