With the rapid development of the meteorological industry,explosive growth have taken place in meteorological data,traditional Nyquist sampling theoretically exposes some shortcomings.Compressed sensing solves the defect that the sampling rate needs to be greater than twice the signal bandwidth,low sampling rate can be used to sample the signal and integrate the compressed sampling.The traditional compressed sensing algorithm needs an observation matrix which can observe the whole original signal to process the meteorological data.In order to solve this problem,block compressed sensing is used.The theory solves the problem of observation matrix and reduces the complexity of reconstruction algorithm due to block.The block compressed sensing algorithm uses the same sampling rate for each block,but the amount of information between different image blocks is different.Adopting the same sampling rate for each image block obviously causes unreasonable allocation of resources.Following improvements are made in this paper:?For the meteorological data with significant information differences between image blocks,the adaptive algorithm of sampling rate is adopted in this paper.The method of measuring the amount of information in an image block is to calculate the texture complexity of the image block.Since compressed sensing conducts compressed sampling without knowing the image,a pre-observation method is used to obtain the pre-estimated image.The allocation of sampling rate is calculated by pre-estimated image.This algorithm improves the reconstruction effect of this kind of meteorological data,but also increase the computational complexity.?For meteorological data with little information discrepancies between image blocks,the adaptive block algorithm is adopted in this paper.The method of measuring the amount of information in an image block and acquisition of pre-estimated image is the same as the above algorithm.The difference is to determine whether the image block continues to block by setting the threshold in advance,and take different sampling rates for different block degrees of image blocks.The algorithm improves the reconstruction effect of this kind of meteorological data,but it takes more time because of its high complexity.
