The emergence of social computing theory provides modern methods for effectively dealing with complex and dynamic social problems. The small world network is a universal feature of complex social relations. The small world network has strong ability to describe dynamic, weakly correlated, and highly aggregated social relationships in the real.To make the collaboration within the complex systems that are common in the society more stable, robust, and able to transition smoothly under sudden circumstances,an adaptive allocation strategy that comprehensively considers system collaboration is necessary. The physical examination center is a typical small-world network scenario.Because the network formed with customers when they arrive at the center and the network changing dynamically with time and state. The network node relationship is random, and the nodes are weakly related to each other. In this small-world network classic scenario, customers and physical examination items have a complex and cooperative relationship. The matching degree of resources to nodes in the network is different, which makes it difficult to effectively optimize the small world network performance. This paper takes a physical examination as a scenario and solves the optimization problem of internal collaboration and overall performance in a small-world network through the optimization of internal collaboration systems. In the changing external environment and internal matching relationship, formulating adaptive strategies to help decision makers in physical examination centers to reasonably manage limited resources and improve customer satisfaction and system performance. For this small-world network scenario with complex collaborative relationships, the following problems need to be solved:(1)Model and analyze the internal collaborative process of complex network in this scenario;(2)Formalize the customer path selection process in this scenario;(3)Build an adaptive model to adapt to changes in resources and environment to recommend items for customers;(4)Develop the physical examination center formulate an overall control strategy;(5)Optimize the overall performance of the small world network.Based on this, the main research contents of this paper include: 1)Mathematical modeling: use emerging methods to promote collaboration.Based on role collaboration(RBC),the role is used as the underlying mechanism to take advantage of the role to support collaboration in the physical examination system.2)Assignment algorithm: This paper uses Adaptive Collaboration(AC)method to formalize, model and evaluate the hospital system.3)Discrete event simulation: According to the data of the hospital's historical customer arrival time,it simulates a variety of customer arrival distributions.By performing discrete event simulation on the physical examination scenario to simulate various situations in the physical examination in real time.Simulation experiment results show that the adaptive assignment algorithm proposed in this paper is effective.Using the adaptive assignment method in this paper can improve customer satisfaction to a certain extent and reduce customer waiting time. The adaptive strategy adjustment in this paper can make the hospital effectively adopt different assignment strategies for different customer distribution and different changes in customer satisfaction, thereby further shortening the physical examination center's operation time.
