Water is the source of life.With the rapid development of economy,it has an impact on the balance of natural resources,especially the pollution and damage of water resources are particularly serious,so the protection of water resources is imminent.The accumulation of long-term marine pollution prevention work makes us realize that the discharge of industrial wastewater into the ocean will aggravate the marine pollution and even affect the marine ecological balance.Therefore,the research of this project focuses on the treatment of freshwater pollution and the protection of fouling organisms in seawater environment,preparing micro nano materials,exploring the process measures,materials,interaction effect in water environment,scientific principles,etc.,and puts forward new measures of using micro nano structure functional materials in sewage treatment and marine pollution protection.In this paper,the degradation of organic dye wastewater was selected as the theme,and the photoelectric synergetic cocatalysis system was constructed to induce the uniform polymerization of PDA on the surface of Ti O2.The experimental results showed that the time of photopolymerization was 6 times shorter than that of photopolymerization;compared with sp PDA and ep PDA,the photopolymerization of PDA was better?pep PDA?has stronger adsorption and catalytic degradation for methylene blue and other organic dyes.Therefore,the method of photo electric co polymerization of PDA can not only rapidly form a film on the surface of semiconductor materials,but also uniformly and completely cover the electrode surface,which provides a great potential for the industrial application of Ti O2 NRs/pep PDA in the photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.In this paper,the degradable polyurethane shell was prepared by coagulation bath method with PVA?polyvinyl alcohol?and Bayer N3390.The microcapsules were loaded with silicone oil and water absorbent resin.Fluorescent light can interfere with living habits and secrete liquid of organisms,and can expel the attachment by adding phosphor to the coating.The microcapsules and phosphors were characterized by SEM,FTIR,XRD,fluorescence spectrum and particle size analysis.The results showed that silicone oil and water absorbent resin were successfully wrapped in successfully synthesized.The composite antifouling coating was prepared by mixing microcapsule,phosphor and acrylic resin,and compared with microcapsule coating,phosphor coating and blank control group.The surface morphology of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?.The antifouling performance of the coating was analyzed by contact angle,slow release rate,anti adhesion test and real sea evaluation test.The results show that the single coating of microcapsule,single coating of phosphor and multiphase coating have certain antifouling effect.The composite coating has the strongest antibacterial and anti fouling effect.The contact angle of the coating surface can reach 141.8°and its good hydrophobic property provides a good condition for the inhibition of fouling organisms adhesion and provides a good development for the development of environment-friendly antifouling coatings Industrial potential.In this paper,the preparation of micro nano structure functional materials for sewage treatment and prevention of marine fouling organisms provides a good theoretical basis for the protection of water resources.
