Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)is widely present in nature and can form symbiota with most plant roots. It's mycorrhizal fungi play an important role in plant nutrient and water absorption and utilization.Fertilization and mowing are important grassland management methods. The management methods are different in different regions, but excessive cutting or fertilization is not conducive to the sustainable use and development of grassland management. In view of this,in order to better maintain the sustainable development of grassland, this study effectively combined AMF with fertilization and mowing to explore how to improve use efficiency of the grassland,in order to provide an effective scientific basis for guiding grassland management. The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Under fertilization conditions,AMF significantly increased the chlorophyll content of adult Leymus chinensis and alfalfa, improved the net photosynthetic rate of Leymus chinensis and alfalfa, and significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate of Leymus chinensis. At the same time, the biomass of Leymus chinensis and alfalfa was significantly affected by the interaction between cutting and alfalfa, and the combination treatment of + AMF + N2 was the most suitable.(2)Under fertilization conditions, the mycelial network formed by AMF and adult plants significantly affected the growth of seedlings of Leymus chinensis, alfalfa, and Potentilla,in which the combination of + AMF + N2 treatment was better, but the effect on Puccinellia tenuiflora was not significant.(3)Under cutting conditions,AMF did not significantly improve the net photosynthetic rate of adult Leymus chinensis, but had a significant effect on the net photosynthetic rate of alfalfa, and it was the highest at + AMF-C3.At the same time,AMF increased the biomass of adult plants. The biomass of AMF inoculated under different cutting treatments was higher than that of uninoculated treatment, and it was the highest at + AMF-C3.(4)Under mowing conditions, the hypha network formed by adult plants and AMF significantly improved the growth of alfalfa and Potentilla, while the interaction between mowing treatment and the hypha network formed by AMF and adult plantsalso significantly improved alfalfa and The growth of Lingcai seedlings.Mowing treatment significantly inhibited the growth of Leymus chinensis seedlings, and the growth of seedlings was best with + AMF-C4.(5)Benomyl inhibited the diversity of AM in grassland rhizosphere soil, and significantly inhibited the AMF infection rate of dominant grass species Leymus chinensis,Bitter Vegetable,Saussurea, which in turn affected the effect of AMF and made the three plants photosynthetic The effects are all reduced, and the net photosynthetic rate of Leymus chinensis and bitter vegetables is significantly reduced.Compared with other treatments, benomyl also significantly reduced plant height and community biomass, which was the highest in A2 treatment.
