At present,in the production process of aluminum water,relying on manual scheduling to dispatch the multi-function units in the aluminum electrolysis workshop,problems often occur such as low utilization rate of the multi-function units,inconsistent busy and idle,and untimely response to emergencies,Leading to inconsistent damage to the multi-function unit,increasing the maintenance of the multi-function unit,and increasing the investment cost of the enterprise.Therefore,the reasonable scheduling of multi-function units plays a vital role in the safe and stable production of aluminum water and the improvement of the production efficiency of the aluminum electrolysis workshop.This article regards the multi-function unit in the aluminum electrolysis workshop as a mobile workbench,and uses game theory to study the scheduling problem of the multi-function unit in the aluminum electrolysis workshop.The main content and conclusion of the paper are as follows:First,establish and solve a static scheduling game model.The multi-function unit is mapped to the game player,the feasibility of different tasks is mapped to an optional strategy set,the average flow time of the multi-function unit is mapped to the profit function,and the static scheduling game model is established,using adaptive genetics.The algorithm solves the Nash equilibrium point of the game model,and obtains the optimal static scheduling scheme of the multi-function unit in the aluminum electrolysis workshop,which improves the utilization rate of the multi-function unit and reduces the production cost of the aluminum electrolysis workshop.Secondly,for the random emergencies in the workshop,a dynamic scheduling of multi-tasking and multi-tasking was established.Aiming at the sudden task of the workshop and the failure of the multi-function unit,a hybrid dynamic scheduling strategy was proposed,and a dynamic scheduling method was created.The solution was mixed by Any Logic simulation and adaptive genetic algorithm.The dynamic scheduling of can solve two random situations of sudden tasks and faults in the workshop.
