Solar wind turbulence energy dissipation procedure and its relation to the intermittency have long been frontier topics in the field of space physics.We have systematically selected 91 current sheets(CSs)and 83 reconnection exhausts(REs)events observed by WIND satellite from 2005 to 2017.For the first time,we investigate the power spectral properties of the magnetic field of the CSs and REs in LMN direction based on the local current sheet coordinate system;additionally,we have comparatively analyzed the influence of intermittency on power spectral properties of the magnetic field;and finally,we've tried to explore the possible relations between the dissipation of turbulence and the local plasma environment.The key findings are listed below:Power spectral properties inside the CSs and REs are quite different from those in the ambient solar wind.The spectral index in L direction is close to-2 in both CSs and REs and in the Btrace direction;the spectral index in M and N direction are smaller than that in L direction,which means they behave a steeper spectrum.Besides,due to the strong discontinuity structures,the power spectral intensity in the L direction is significantly stronger than that in the M and N directions,which is also the main reason that the power spectrum index in the b trace direction is close to-2.The intermittency inside the CSs and REs are also distinct from those in the ambient solar wind.There are also inconsistencies found between CSs and REs.The intermittency in CSs is smaller than that in REs.And the distribution of the intermittency might account for-2 power spectral index in L direction inside CS and RE events.Magnetic power spectral index in the dissipation range has no direct and obvious linear relationship with a single plasma parameter.However,the spectral index seems to reveal a clear tendency to be grouped if certain plasma parameters are selected.Reconnection guiding field and reconnection jet might play an important role on the energy dissipation process in the solar wind turbulence.
