It is one of the important ways for meteorologists to record sunshine hours by using sunshine hours observation instrument.With the increasing demand for sunshine observation automation,photoelectric sunshine recorder has become a research hotspot in recent years.At present,most photoelectric sunshine recorder are tested outdoor,which needs a long time to be completed due to the weather impact,and the extreme weather conditions are difficult to reproduce,which restricts the development of the photoelectric sunshine recorder.This paper aims at improving the accuracy and efficiency of the photoelectric sunshine recorder,combined with the basic structure,working principle and response characteristics of the photoelectric sunshine recorder,the indoor testing system is studied.According to the design criteria of the testing system of solar radiation instruments,the overall scheme design of the all-weather indoor solar simulator is completed.The system is divided into three parts: the direct solar radiation simulation unit,the solar earth relative motion simulation unit and the radiation environment simulation unit,the realization methods and main technical indexes of each part are identified.According to the technical target of the solar direct radiation simulation unit,the overall design of the optical system is completed by the relevant technologies such as the concentrating system,the facula shaping system,the spectral correction system and the collimating optical system;the modeling method of xenon lamp based on the idea of numerical analysis and nested modeling is studied and the feasibility is verified;the ellipsoid condenser is designed to improve the radiation utilization of xenon lamp Rate.The performance of solar direct radiation simulation unit is simulated and analyzed by LightTools,the results show that the irradiance heterogeneity is ± 3.3% within 200 mm of the irradiance surface diameter at the distance of 1000 mm.In order to realize the simulation of the solar ray path,a solar earth relative motion simulation unit is designed,which is composed of a reflector,a double slider slide,a height angle simulation module,an azimuth angle simulation module,a photoelectric encoder and an L-shaped support.In this paper,the reflector and its support frame are designed,the thermal analysis of the reflector and the static reliability analysis of the L-shaped support are carried out by ANSYS.Based on the meteorological data,the solar diffuse radiation model of the day-to-day horizontal plane in Changchun is constructed;the radiation environment simulation unit is designed and built to simulate the diffuse radiation;with the solar direct radiation simulation unit and the solar earth relative motion simulation unit,the all-weather solar radiation environment can be simulated indoors under different weather conditions,such as haze,rainy,snowy and sunny days.Finally,the performance of the all-weather indoor solar simulator is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the all-weather indoor solar simulator works reliably and meets the technical requirements.The simulation error of sunshine hours is less than 7.7%,which meets the requirements of the Meteorological Bureau.In conclusion,the all-weather indoor solar simulator studied in this paper can be used for the performance test and accuracy calibration of photoelectric sunshine recorder,which solves the problems of tedious outdoor testing process,less repetitive test in extreme weather and long time consuming of the current photoelectric sunshine recorder,realizes the high efficiency and high reproducibility indoor calibration of photoelectric sunshine recorder,promotes the photoelectric sunshine recorder and automatic sunshine time.It is of great significance to the popularization of photoelectric sunshine meter and the establishment of automatic sunshine hour observation network.
