Lead oxide nanomaterials have unique electrical and optical properties that are different from bulk materials.Therefore they have wide application prospects.Lead oxide has two polymorphic forms:?-PbO can exist stably at low temperature,and its lattice structure is red tetragonal phase;?-PbO can exist stably at high temperature and the lattice structure is yellow orthogonal phase,and it can also exist in metastable state at normal temperature.In this paper,solvothermal method was used to prepare a large number of lead nanowires and then the lead nanowires were directly thermally oxidized.The effect of reaction temperature on the formation of lead oxide phase under the condition of a certain oxygen pressure was studied.The Au/PbO nanowire/Au device were fabricated by photolithography,and their electrical transport properties are tested.Finally,a solvable two-level model was established for the charged(or neutral)particle system with spin orbit coupling(SOC).The model describe a set of Schr?dinger kitten(or cat)states based on spin entanglement.And this can lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the carrier transport mechanism of Pb O nanowires devices.The main results are as follows:1.The lead nanowires prepared by solvothermal method have good dispersivity,uniform size and good crystallinity.The PbO nanowires prepared by thermal oxidation method keep one-dimensional linear state well.2.The effects of different reaction temperatures on the phase formation of lead oxide nanowires were studied under a certain oxygen pressure.XRD results show that Pb was completely oxidized to pure?-PbO nanowires at 240?and 5SCCM of oxygen,mixed PbO nanowires appeared at 250?and 5SCCM of oxygen.3.The mixed phase PbO nanowire device shows obvious hysteresis,that is,the device has memory resistance performance.4.The device has higher conductivity and hysteresis width in air(RH=55%).With the increase of scanning bias,the generated H~+increases and the hysteresis width increases.In addition,PbO nanowires exhibit a stable positive photoconductivity phenomenon which due to the light irradiation and the photogenerated electron hole pair participates in the conduction.5.In order to further understand the transport mechanism of carriers within Pb O,we conducted a theoretical study on the electronic motion state in PbO nanomaterials.under a SOC phase-locked condition,we establish an exactly solvable two-level model with a complete set of spin-motion entangled Schr?dinger kitten(or cat)states.The expected energy consisting of a quantum part and a continuous one is derived.
