The Temporal And Spatial Change Patterns And Influence Factors Of Interprovincial Outmigration Population In Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of social economy,there has been a phenomenon of unbalanced development of economy and obvious differences in living standards and employment conditions of residents in different regions in China since the reform and opening up.In order to seek a better quality of life,residents have migrated in different regions and the phenomenon of population migration has also become more widespread because of the emergence of convenient transportation,more employment opportunities,better education environment and medical treatment level,etc.Because there are a large population and a large scale of population migration in our country,the regional development problems caused by migration are gradually emerging.Especially to Heilongjiang Province with net population outmigration,the development will face more severe challenges in future.Therefore,the research of the situation of temporal and spatial change patterns of interprovincial population outmigration and its influence factors in Heilongjiang Province is beneficial to analyze the current situation of population outmigration in Heilongjiang Province,and plays a positive role in economic development and social construction in future and alleviating the problem of population outmigration in Heilongjiang Province.The research is divided into five chapters that discuss and research the forms and current situation of interprovincial outmigration population and its influence factors in Heilongjiang Province respectively.The first chapter is introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research contents,research progress of domestic and international migration and research ideas and methods.The second chapter defines and describes the concept of population migration,and introduces two general theories of population migration of Migration Preference Index and Push-Pull theory.The third chapter,taking 30 provincial administrative districts except Heilongjiang Province in China as the research area(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),analyzes the characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution of interprovincial outmigration population in Heilongjiang Province by selecting the data of census and population sample survey from 1990 to 2015.It is found that the population of Heilongjiang Province is shrinking as a whole,and the characteristics of migration shows that the intensity of migration is concentrated from the areas that border Heilongjiang Province and are close to Heilongjiang Province to Bohai Rim,and there is a trend of spreading to south areas.Through spatial autocorrelation analysis,the research shows that there is an obvious and positive spatial autocorrelation in the intensity of population outmigration from Heilongjiang Province to other areas,and there is a characteristic of regional agglomeration.The fourth chapter analyzes the influence factors and changes of interprovincial population outmigration in Heilongjiang Province from 1990 to 2015 by using the method of multiple linear regression analysis and geographical detector.It is found that the influence factors of migration gradually increased from 1990 to 2015,only a few factors influenced obviously in 1990,while many factors influenced obviously in 2015.During this period,the proportion of employed persons in urban units,the proportion of employed persons in private enterprises and individuals,per capita investment in fixed assets in the whole country,household consumption expenditure,per capita consumption expenditure of rural households were main influence factors.The fifth chapter is based on summarizing main conclusions of the paper and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the problem of population outmigration in Heilongjiang Province,and expounds deficiencies of the research and contents to be further researched in relevant researches in future.
