The structure of intestinal microbiota is the results of the co-evolution of microbiota with host and environment. It plays important roles in maintaining the host physiology, nutritional status, and behavior under stress conditions. In this study,we analyzed the intestinal microbial structure of Varied Tits?Sittiparus Varius?in winter, spring, and summer by Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology, and explored the relationship between intestinal microbial composition and immunoglobulin A?IgA?.The main results were as follows:?1?In this study,we obtained a total of 1010167 quality sequences and 3591operational taxonomic units?OTU?from 24 fecal samples in three season?n=8?.Alpha diversity showed that there was no difference in intestinal microflora diversity and richness among the three seasons(F2,21=1.01,P=0.38).PCA and ANOSIM analysis showed no significant difference in intestinal microbial structure among winter, spring, and summer.?2?A total of 37 phyla,85 classes,183 orders,371 families,849 genera,and1574 species were identified. At the phylum levels,it was mainly composed of Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria, and Bacteroidetes. The core genera included Lactobacillus,Pseudomonas, and Klebsiella.Through LeFse analysis,we found that the Pantoea and Pseudomonas were significantly higher in winter, while Klebsiella and Williamsia were significantly higher in summer.?3?There was no significant correlation detected between gut microbial composition and IgA content. In general, the composition of the intestinal microbiota of the Varied Tits was high in diversity and richness while there was some difference among the three seasons.
