At present,the energy crisis and environmental pollution have been getting worse,optimizing combustion technology and methods,and exploring new combustion methods are of great significance for improving engine combustion efficiency,saving energy,reducing pollution emissions,and protecting the environment.Studies have shown that atomization mass and atomization flow field distribution directly affect the combustion process and the generation of pollutants.Therefore,optimizing the nozzle structure and using the new atomization technology to adjust the atomization process and the atomization flow field to improve the atomization quality has become an important research topic.In order to improve the atomization quality of aero-engine and verify the feasibility of the high-disturbance atomization scheme applied to aviation fuel injection,the atomization characteristics of V-shaped cross-hole nozzles and single-hole nozzles were measured by Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer(PDPA)and high-speed photography.The results show that the crosshole structure has a significant effect on fuel atomization.Under the same Injection pressure and outlet cross-sectional area,the atomization cone angle of the cross-hole is larger and the SMD is smaller.Based on the research of the cross-hole nozzle scheme,combined with the plasma jet technology,the design and experimental diagnostic analysis of the plasma jet atomizer were completed.The results show that the plasma jet length increases first and then decreases with the discharge voltage and discharge frequency,and then increases first and then decreases with the increase of gas volume flow.The plasma electron excitation temperature increases with the discharge voltage.The trend of increasing first and then decreasing increases with the increase of the discharge frequency and decreases with the increase of the volume flow of the gas.By comparing and analyzing the presence/absence of plasma excitation,when the discharge voltage is small,the difference between SMD and no plasma excitation is small;as the discharge voltage increases,the SMD difference becomes larger;different gas volumes Under the flow rate,the influence of plasma excitation on SMD increases first and then decreases with the increase of gas volume flow.The effect of plasma excitation on the atomization cone angle is small,and the atomization cone angle increases in the range of 1-Between 2°.
