With the rapid development of modern science and technology,people's ability and means to collect and obtain spatial data is increasingly abundant,which brings great convenience to surveying and mapping work.At the same time,the data of surveying and mapping geographic information shows exponential and explosive growth,and the phenomenon of "isolated data island" occurs frequently,which makes it difficult to achieve unified management and distribution,and sharing of data.In response to this problem,this article based on the GDAL library,adopted RESTful service architecture,combined with the My SQL database,customized typical spatial analysis algorithm based on C++ core code package,based on the C++ core code encapsulation to customize a typical spatial analysis algorithm,finally realized lightweight spatialtemporal data management Web GIS platform.And this paper designed and achieved multi-source,multi-temporal,multi-scale electronic map tile data mashup.The main contents of this article are included as follows:(1)The traditional GIS platform integrates a large number of spatial analysis algorithms.Limited by platforms and technologies,most commercial GIS software platforms have poor portability of algorithms,making it difficult to achieve flexible encapsulation and calling in Web application environments.In this paper,based on the standard C++ language GIS kernel of cross-language encapsulation technology were studied.The bottom layer used standard C++ code that takes efficiency and safety to write typical spatial analysis algorithms,and multi-language encapsulation,cross-platform algorithm design were studied and designed.The reuse and portability of the typical spatial analysis algorithm interface in Web environment was realized,and the typical spatial analysis algorithm was flexibly integrated into the lightweight Web platform.(2)In various GIS and remote sensing engineering applications,the basemap data of map may have problems in such aspects as the completeness of spatial coverage,the integrity of time coverage,and the completeness of data at different scale levels,and so on,so that the customization and expansion of the base map cannot be realized.In this paper,the tile data organization rules under the TMS specification were studied.The principle and method of mashup organization of multi-source,multi-temporal and multi-scale electronic map tile data were studied,and the method was verified based on the open source Web GIS platform--Cesium JS,which realized the flexible mashup organization and expansion of multi-source,multi-temporal,and multi-scale map basemap tile data.(3)The existing sources of spatiotemporal data are diverse,and it is difficult to achieve unified storage and management of massive surveying and mapping geographic information data.This paper adopted the RESTful architecture style and used My SQL database to store geographic information metadata.The GSDC open GIS tool set was designed and developed,and was encapsulated to form a customized spatiotemporal data calculation service and applied to the Web platform.And using the data communication technology under the physical isolation of internal and external networks,the lightweight spatiotemporal data management Web GIS platform including user management,data upload and storage,query retrieval,and distribution sharing was realized.Through the study of multi-language encapsulation and cross-platform algorithm design,the GSDC open GIS toolset was designed.This paper realized a customized spatiotemporal data calculation service based on the Web platform.Based on the key technology of spatiotemporal data management,taking the intelligent Zibo spatiotemporal information cloud platform as an example realized the efficient management of massive spatiotemporal data including the storage,management,sharing,and application of spatiotemporal data,which has certain theoretical research significance and practical application value for the construction of "smart cities" and economic and social development.
