Corrugated metal hose is common compensating element in chemical piping system,which is mainly used to sustain internal pressure,compensate for the axial displacement,the transverse rupture displacement and the thermal displacement of pipe.In addition,it also has the role of isolation vibration and noise reduction.At the same time metal hose is the weak link in piping system for the strength and sealing problems,so its reasonable design and safe operation is of great significance for the safety production of petrochemical companies.In this paper,ANSYS nonlinear finite element method is used to analyse the static force and thermal stress of double corrugated metal hose with net in the working status.The three-dimensional quadratic isoparametric element discrete bellow and the beam element discrete network cover were used to describe the interaction between the bellow and the network cover by no separation contact method.First,by applying torsion displacement load,the performance of corrugated metal hose under torsion displacement condition is analyzed,and the stress distribution law of corrugated metal hose under torsion displacement is obtained.Secondly,in order to further explore the stress variation of corrugated metal pipe under the joint working condition,bending load was applied on the metal hose for analysis,and other combined loads and bending loads were applied for analysis,and the stress distribution rule of metal hose under the action of bending displacement was obtained.Finally,considering the actual working conditions,considering the corrugated metal hose working at high temperature and high pressure,the stress analysis under the combined working conditions of temperature load and other loads shows that it bears a large load under the temperature load,but has little influence on the displacement,and the thermal expansion and cold contraction is easy to be caused by the temperature load.The results are of reference value for the design,selection and safety maintenance of metal hoses in various chemical plants under various complex working conditions.
