There are dusty waters under the Antarctic ice sheet for thousands of years.Its unique way of existence has important geological,biological and climatological values for scientific research.At present,scientists from all over the world are working on the non-polluting sampling technology of the Antarctic ice lake.Due to the limitation of drilling technology and the protection of the special environment of the glacial lake,how to achieve pollution-free sampling has become an international problem.Based on the research background and significance of the subject,this paper designs a set of icemelting hot-melt drilling machine measurement and control system based on solid-state power control independent heating control.It is combined with heating drill bit,scientific load platform and in-line winch system to form a complete set of drills.It is used for the detection of Antarctic ice lake.Among them,the power transmission and power conversion system is responsible for transmitting the ice surface power to the drilling tool,and the embedded measurement and control system while drilling is responsible for the data acquisition and module control of the drilling tool sensor,and the ice surface computer software is responsible for displaying the state of the drilling tool and issuing the control command.The three parts work together to complete the design goals.This paper describes the system design scheme in detail,and determines the use of AC 800 V power supply for power transmission through theoretical calculation.In order to realize the independent heating adjustment of the drill bit and the side wall,the solid state power controller is developed by itself.The embedded measurement and control system while drilling includes the main control board circuit and the slave circuit composed of various distributed sensor systems,and the RS485 bus is used for communication between the slave and the host.In order to adapt to the special environment of Antarctica,the sensor was developed and its key technologies were elaborated.The main control system program uses the u C/OS-III operating system to improve processing power and response speed;innovative sensor acquisition program flow,improved data reception and processing methods,and greatly improved sensor response speed.The functions of each module were verified by in-laboratory debugging,and the simulation test was performed after assembly into a complete measurement and control system.Then went to the test site for joint debugging,verifying the solid state power regulator gradient heating function,scientific load platform control,winch unit control function,and then assembled into a complete drilling tool for simulated drilling experiments.Through a series of experiments and joint adjustment tests,it is proved that the measurement and control system can successfully complete the established tasks,verify the functional integrity of the measurement and control system,and realize the design and control system design requirements.
