Integrated circuits,which are made of traditional transistors,have played an important role in information processing and computing systems for decades.With transistor manufacturing nodes accurate to nanometer scale,heat loss and leakage current have become obstacles to their further development.Therefore,it is imminent to find a new technology to replace the traditional semiconductor technology.Spin waves,which can carry information for transmission in magneton crystals and have low power consumption,short wavelengths and high frequencies,have become favorable competitors for future information carriers.It has become a research hotspot to study spin wave propagation characteristics and spin wave devices in magneton crystals.In this paper,the spin wave transmission characteristics in YIG magneton crystals were investigated by micromagnetic simulation method.A spin wave bandpass filter is designed based on transmission characteristics of the spin wave.Firstly,a new fish-bone YIG nano-magnet crystal waveguide system structure is designed.And the transmission characteristics of spin waves in this structure are studied by micro-magnetism simulation software OOMMF.It is found that the transmission of spin waves on the structure will form a band-gap.The number,position and width of band gaps can be adjusted by parameters such as the inclination of the side branchesq,the width of the main bone W1 and the separation distance between the two side branches P2.Besides the band gap at the Brillouin zone boundary,a band gap appears at the offset?correspond to the Brillouin zone boundary,and the offset?can also be adjusted byq,W1 andP2.It is demonstrated that the band gap appearing in the Brillouin zone is related to the interaction of the retro-reflected spin wave.Meanwhile,the inclination angleqhas a greater influence on?than other parameters.Finally,based on the influence of the YIG magnetron crystal waveguide structure parameters on the spin wave transmission characteristics,a spin wave bandpass filter is designed by combining these periodic microstructures with different tilt angles.Furthermore,the sensitivity of spin wave transmission relative to external magnetic fields has been studied.The results indicated that the lower or upper cut-off frequency,center frequency and bandwidth of the band-pass filter can be adjusted by adjusting the periodic structural unit or adding external magnetic fields of different directions,strengths or quantities.It can provides a great guide for the practicality of the spin wave filter.
