Cytomegalovirus(CMV)is a kind of DNA virus,which can infect infants vertically through intrauterine and breast milk.Breast milk treatment and drug treatment are important means to prevent and control the infection.The main work is as follows:First of all,considering whether breast milk with cytomegalovirus can directly feed infants,a dynamic model with vertical infection of cytomegalovirus is established,the stability condition of the model equilibrium point is given,and the influence of the randomness of breast feeding on the threshold is analyzed.According to the classification standard of cytomegalovirus infection degree defined in the “2017 consensus of experts”,the limiting conditions for the probability of breast milk treatment is given.The influence of different probability of breast milk treatment on infant cytomegalovirus infection is simulated,and suggestions for safe feeding are put forward.Secondly,in view of the particularity of infant infection with cytomegalovirus,considering the uncertainty of infection mode and treatment,a dynamic model of cytomegalovirus with random behavior is established,the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the model is proved,and the sufficient conditions for the asymptotic,ergodic and extinction of the solution are given.Using the method of numerical simulation,the influence of the uncertainty of the treatment and treatment of breast milk on the change rule of cytomegalovirus is analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for the formulation of the strategy and treatment of infant infection prevention.Finally,according to the principle of single injection pharmacokinetics,the pharmacokinetics model of interferon multiple administration is established,and the expression of blood drug concentration and the calculation formula of average steady-state blood drug concentration are given.Considering the eliminationmechanism of interferon to cytomegalovirus,the kinetic model of cytomegalovirus was modified,and the final change trend of cytomegalovirus is given.Defining treatment standards according to the “2017 expert consensus”,the drug delivery scheme is designed.Numerical simulation of the change of cytomegalovirus in different drug administration(mean steady-state blood concentration)programs,evaluation of the rationality of the drug program,provides theoretical suggestions for the selection of drug delivery program.
