With the increase of diabetic patients,obese and aging people,the nursing of chronic wounds such as pressure sores and diabetic feet has become an important health topic.If biomarkers are monitored in real time and drugs are given on demand,the healing quality can be significantly improved.This study constructed a wireless passive,flexible smart patch for wound monitoring and treatment.The device consisted of a circuit and an electrode array which could be divided into a sensing module and a voltage-responsive drug-delivery module.When the smartphone was closed to the patch,the sensors monitored the concentration of markers and send them to the mobile phone.When treatment was needed,the mobile phone send instructions to control the drug-release module to release drugs.The sensor module included pH and uric acid sensors by electrochemical deposition of polyaniline,graphene oxide and gold nanocomposites.The electrodes were carried by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical methods.The linearity,sensitivity,specificity and long-term stability were also explored.The controlled drug release module was prepared by electrochemical deposition of a double-layer polypyrrole doped with cefazoline sodium.The double-layer structure could effectively prevent the free diffusion of the drug.The characteristics of polypyrrole film was analyzed by SWM and electrochemistry.The cumulative antibiotic release curve indicated that under the stimulation of-0.6V voltage,the film could release drugs into the wound in a controlled manner.This module was used in the experiment of bacteriostatic ring,and its effect was verified by comparing the area of bacteriostatic ring under different conditions.Finally,the whole system of animal wound experiments were carried out to verify the feasibility of the system for wound care.The smart patch provides a closed loop wound care platform on a wireless passive flexible platform,providing a new idea for the application and development of wound care products in the field of monitoring and treatment.
