Research On Ecological Basis And Resistant Plant Resources In The Process Of "Three Types Of Natural Disasters" In Lankao

Along with the steady advancement of ecological civilization construction and the orderly implementation of the “Beautiful China”,county territory,as the basic regional units in China,has been paid close attention regarding its level of ecological civilization construction.Lankao suffered severe natural disasters in the middle of the last century,and the local residents treated the natural environment for up to 30 years under the guidance of Jiao Yulu's spirit in the later period.At present,there has a beautiful ecological environment and beautiful scenery in Lankao,and the ecological and cultural tourism industry has flourished with the organic integration of internal natural resources and external political resources.Looking back into the past,the governance process of the “three types of natural disasters” is due to from the wisdom and courage of the local people,and the governance measures for the ecological environment can provide a reference for disaster management and ecological restoration in the vulnerable areas in Northwest China.Through the study of governance of the "three types of natural disasters" in Lankao,it can be found that the principles of biodiversity and ecosystem integrity have been widely used.At the same time,some drought-tolerant and alkali-tolerant trees have profound research value,and their own biological characteristics and economic value should receive more attention.By using the research progress of the “three types of natural disasters” governance measures in Lankao,combined with changes in some climate and soil indicators from 1958 to 2018,the analysis was carried out based on the ecological civilization construction level in Lankao from 2000 to 2017.The main results were shown as follows:(1)Lankao's "Three types of natural disasters" partial control measures have important guiding significance for the construction of ecological civilizationIn the process of controlling wind and sand disasters in Lankao,afforestation is used as a key measure to resist wind and sand and protect farmland.At present,the Three-North Shelterbelt and Beijing-Tianjinyuan Wind & Sand Control Projects also use forestry development and returning farmland as the main measures to resist wind and sand today.Today,a large area of agricultural land in the county still uses the planting method of agro-tung intercropping,which can both protect farmland and improve soil.At the same time,the measures of salt washing and leach alkali improvement in the process of treating saline-alkali soils are still widely used today.It can be seen that biological and water improvement methods are the main methods of saline-alkali land treatment.Moreover,the development of water-saving irrigation and soil improvement methods is essential in the arid regions of Northwest China where water resources are scarce.(2)The improvement of the level of ecological civilization depends on the good maintenance of the quality of the ecological environmentAccording to the evolution trend of ecological civilization construction level in Lankao from 2000 to 2017,it can be known that the fluctuation of the overall ecological civilization construction level is closely related to changes in the quality of the ecological environment.Concretely speaking,the fluctuation of the ecological environment is the main factor for the change in the overall level of ecological civilization construction in the steadily rising trend of ecological economy and ecological society.Moreover,the forest coverage,afforestation area and agricultural chemical fertilizer application are three major factors in the ecological environment subsystem.At the same time,it can be seen that in the process of ecological civilization construction,the quality of the ecological environment is a key part of the overall ecological civilization construction.Therefore,in the context of sustained and rapid economic-social development,the organic combination of ecological and economic benefits has become a new way of development.(3)Resistant plant resources investigation and research can provide reference suggestions for urban greening and ecological civilization constructionIn the process of “three types of natural disasters” governance,by using the flexible application of the principle of biodiversity,the agro-intercropping planting mode played an important role in sand control and saline-alkali soil improvement in Lankao.In addition,affected by environmental stress,many plants can produce undesirable physiological changes,so stress resistance research can improve the ability of plants to adapt to stress factors.Taking drought-tolerant plants as an example,drought-tolerant plants should be the focus of tree species in the process of urban greening and forestry development in arid areas.At the same time,the investigation and research of plant resources can promote the orderly development of ecological civilization construction,the public should establish a correct view of nature and ecology,then protect the environment with its own practical actions,and ultimately achieve the harmonious development of an ecologically civilized society.In summary,the principles of ecosystem integrity and biodiversity that Lankao followed in the comprehensive management of the “three types of natural disasters” played an important role in the management of natural disasters.And in the process of ecological civilization construction,the ecological cultural tourism derived from the protection and development of the ecological environment has become an important guarantee for the development of human society.Therefore,everyone is responsible for protecting the ecological environment,and the public should firmly establish an awareness of environmental protection and work together to build an ecological and civilized society.
