Under the thick ice sheet in Antarctica,scientists found a huge subglacial lake with a depth of several kilometers,and remained silent under the ice for tens of millions of years.According to scientists' speculation,the water source inside the subglacial lake is extremely pure,There may also be new microbial species throughout the ice lake.Therefore,the scientific investigation of the Antarctic Ice Lake is of great significance.Because the ice cover above the ice lake is extremely deep,it is necessary to drill the ice with professional ice lake equipment to enter the ice lake.This article mainly designed a self-contained camera for the scientific expedition in Antarctica.It is mounted on the scientific loading platform of the drilling tool under the ice lake,and is assembled with other experimental devices inside the drilling tool under the ice lake.,And shoot the scene in the lake under the ice.This camera system uses DM368 chip core board to be mounted on the peripheral circuit.The peripheral circuit completes the circuit design of the power module,storage module,Ethernet module,video input module,USB module,and debug serial port module.It is equipped with a lighting circuit and a heating circuit.And complete the system main control board,LED circuit board,heating control board PCB drawing,welding and debugging.All three boards are housed in a cylindrical watertight enclosure with a length of 112 mm and a width of76 mm.In this paper,the selection of the material of the watertight shell and the selection of the front viewing window lens are completed.The entire system is simulated in 3D in Solidworks.The video input interface is equipped with a small CMOS camera,and the main processor of the system performs H.264 encoding and image enhancement on the captured images.The video resolution is720*576,and the video transmission frame rate is up to 25 frames.The system has designed a host computer control platform.Through the network port communication,you can view the real-time shooting content of the camera.The camera can be switched between self-capacity mode and online mode.In online mode,you can manually store and store images,videos,switch LEDs and heating wires.In the self-capacity mode,the system will work automatically to make the captured video information self-capacitively stored in the 128 G TF card on the main control board.The camera system used in this article has already completed simulated low temperature experiments and simulated high pressure environment experiments in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the camera system can operate stably and reliably under the low temperature of minus 40? and can work normally at a depth of 2500 meters.This camera system is mounted on a scientific load platform,packaged on a drill under ice and performed joint tuning,and an ice drilling experiment was performed.The next step will be a scientific expedition to the Antarctic field.
