Plants recognize pathogens through their complex immune systems and induce a series of immune defense responses.The immune system is involved in various signal transduction such as stomatal movement and ROS accumulation,and transcription factors play an important regulatory role in the transmission of immune signals.In this study,through gene expression analysis,AT1,a member of the CAMTA transcription factor family of Arabidopsis thaliana,was found to be involved in plant disease resistance.Pathogen inoculation was conducted using wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana and AT1 mutants as materials,and the difference between stomatal movement and ROS accumulation was compared to explore the function of AT1 in plant disease resistance.Based on bioinformatics analysis,it was found that AT1 was highly expressed in guard cells,which might be related to plant disease resistance.Homozygous at1 mutant was obtained by PCR and fluorescence quantification,and was inoculated with wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.After inoculation of Pst DC3000,it was found that AT1 regulated stomatal immunity of Arabidopsis thaliana to Pst DC3000,but not extracellular immunity of Arabidopsis thaliana to Pst DC3000.And AT1 was found not to be involved in the resistance of Arabidopsis thaliana to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and TMV after inoculation.Pst DC3000 bacterial solution was used to investigate the regulation mechanism of AT1 on stomatal immunity of Arabidopsis thaliana epidermal,and it was found that AT1 mutation resulted in limited stomatal closure of at1 mutant,and stomatal movement was regulated by influencing the accumulation of ROS in guard cells.The exact localization of AT1 in plants and the complete immune regulation mechanism need to be further explored.
