Core digital image acquisition is an important module in the field of core digitization.Usually in some industry field geological exploration,oil exploration,for example,often need to look at cores or contrast information,for this will be like the library to establish the core warehouse,as the core research provide the materials,but due to the originally exists in the earth's crust core environment,lead to exposure in the atmosphere,over time the original core may happen irreversible loss of information.Therefore,it is necessary to have corresponding technical means to keep the core information timely.The core digital image acquisition usually requires the acquisition camera and the motion control platform of the camera.The quality of core image acquisition is limited by the camera imaging principle and the systematic error of the camera motion control platform,that is,the limit of the camera "depth of field" and the instability of uniform motion,resulting in local blur and complex geometric deformation of the images acquired by the core digital image acquisition system.The image fusion technology is used to improve the quality of core digital image acquisition without increasing the hardware cost and keeping the structure of the acquisition system simple,stable and robust.According to the characteristics of processed data,image fusion methods are divided into three levels: pixel level image fusion,feature level image fusion and decision level image fusion.According to the application requirements of this paper,it is necessary to fuse multiple focused core images into a single core image,and directly operate the data set into a pixel set,so the pixel-level image fusion algorithm is selected.In this paper,the pixel-level core image fusion algorithm is studied.In view of the lack of research on complex deformation factors in the current image fusion algorithm,the complex fusion quality evaluation method,and even the image fusion effect and the evaluation method results,the corresponding research ideas and solutions are proposed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.A multi-focus core image fusion method is proposed to solve the "ghosting" and "block" phenomenon caused by complex deformation between multiple images.Firstly,the causes of complex deformation caused by camera motion control principle and camera imaging principle are analyzed,and solutions are proposed to reduce or eliminate the influence of deformation on subsequent processing.2.An evaluation method for core image fusion quality is proposed to guide the effect of the evaluation algorithm.It provides reference for subsequent processing or other algorithm evaluation.More focus on the core image fusion algorithm is proposed in this paper the process is stable and reliable,core image fusion quality evaluation methods meet the assessment requirements,solve HD core image acquisition problem,provide other high-definition image acquisition in the field of research ideas and technical support,have some reference for more focus on image fusion applications and promoting role.
