The "Belt and Road" initiative has promoted the rapid development of China-EU transportation. The CHINA RAILWAY Express has expanded China-EU economic and trade cooperation between cities and cities,a complex international logistics transportation network has been formed between China and EU.Although it provides opportunities for the development of China-EU multimodal transport,it also aggravates the disorderly competition of various transport routes and is not conducive to the efficient operation of cargo transportation.Meanwhile, the growing global greenhouse effect has made people pay more and more attention to low-carbon transportation.China has proposed the goal of optimizing the transportation structure and building a green transportation system,it puts forward higher requirements for reducing carbon emissions in multimodal transportation and improving the level of multimodal transportation. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study China-EU multimodal transport and its carbon emissions. In the context of low-carbon transportation, based on the 'current situation of China-EU transportation development, combined with the actual characteristics of China-EU transportation, this paper studies the extensive routing optimization problems in China-EU multimodal transportation. This paper firstly considers factors such as multi-batch,multi-origin,mixed time windows, and time characteristics of each batch of goods extracted in China-EU transportation, and determines the calculation functions of carbon emissions for various modes of transportation and the composition of comprehensive logistics costs. From the perspective of different participants, for one thing, based on the interests of multi-transport operators, under the carbon tax mechanism, converts carbon emissions into carbon costs, and establishes the goal of minimizing the total cost of integrated logistics costs and carbon costs Single objective optimization mathematical model. And for another, for multi-modal transport policy makers and other participants, with the goal of simultaneously minimizing comprehensive logistics costs and carbon emissions, establishes a dual-objective optimization mathematical model. The genetic algorithm and NSGA-? algorithm for single-objective optimization and double-objective optimization are designed respectively finally. The single-objective and dual-objective optimization models and solving algorithms are applied to the case of export transportation to Hamburg from Suzhou and Shenzhen. The final result reveals the relationship between carbon emissions and transportation routes, provides transportation options for multimodal transport operators, and provides policy makers with reference suggestions.
