Bi-lateral birth-death processes with instantaneous states are important classes of Markov chains,and have more complicated path structure and probabilistic properties.In this paper,we shall discuss a class of bi-lateral birth-death processes with two instan-taneous states,and show their structure of paths and exponential egodicty.
