In order to solve the problem of air pollution caused by the organized emission of fragrance production plants, this experiment collected soil and water samples around the fragrance production workshop, the microorganisms in the sample were separated and purified under laboratory conditions.A total of 33 strains were isolated and purified, including 9 aerobic bacteria and 24 anaerobic bacteria;Gram staining of 33 strains,including20 Gram-positive bacteria?G+?and 13 Gram-negative bacteria?G-?;The strains were sequenced by Sanger Chain Termination Metho,31 strains were successfully sequenced and classified into 17 bacteria. There are 7 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis,3 strains of Exiguobacterium profundum,2 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis,6 strains of Bacillus cereus,1 strain of Bacillus aerius,1 strain of Bacillus stratosphericus,1 strain of Bacillus pseudorancolus,1 strain of Bacillus pseudomycollus,1 strain of Bacteria,1 strain of Pseudomonas,1 strain of Methylotrophicus,1 strain of Bacillus subtilis and 1 strain of Azoarcus communis.Degradation of two specific fragrant raw materials??-Decalactone and caprylic acid?using isolated and purified strains as biological materials. The bacterial suspension was inoculated as the experimental group after adding fragrant materials to the medium, and only the bacterial suspension was inoculated as the control group, the blank medium was used as the blank control.GC-MS determination of degradation products in experimental group, calculation of degradation rate. The results showed that there were 6 strains and 3 species of degrading bacteria, which were Bacillus thuringiensis?W1,W8,Y1,YO2?,Exiguobacterium profundum?Baicu?,and Bacillus cereus?S7?.Four strains that can degrade?-Decalactone:W8?S7?W1?baicu;Five strains that can degrade caprylic acid:Y1?YO2?BaiCu?S7?W8.The maximum addition volume of?-Decalactone is 10?L,of caprylic acid is12?L.After three degradation experiments, the average degradation rate of?-Decalactone by different strains is:Baicu?71.00%?>S7?52.84%?>W1?50.68%?>W8?46.21%?;The average degradation rate of caprylic acid by different strains:Y1?77.70%?>W8?75.33%?>S7?67.24%?>YO2?54.10%?>Baicu?44.84%?.GC-MS results showed that all strains did not produce volatile substances different to the control group when degrading the two flavoring materials.Metagenome sequencing results show that the primary metabolic pathway of bacteria contains 11 secondary metabolisms such as lipids and carbohydrates. The two fragrance raw materials in this paper can provide corresponding elements for bacterial growth, illustrating the mechanism of degradation of these bacteria It is the use of incense raw materials for its own growth.
