Marine microorganisms play an important role in the marine ecosystem,not only providing most of the primary productivity,but also participating in the redox process in the ocean,adjusting and promoting the formation and development of the dynamic balance of marine ecology,so that the ocean can maintain its vitality and productivity.In order to better understand and protect the diversity of the offshore area ecosystem in the Changli Bohai sea,it is necessary to study the microbial community structure and its diversity.In this paper,a section was selected in the offshore area of Changli,and 6 stations were set up.Sea water and sediment samples were collected in June,July and August 2017.In addition,16 stations were selected in changli gold coast nature reserve to collect seawater and sediment samples in May and August 2018.Based on high-throughput sequencing analysis technology,the microbial community structure and diversity of the samples collected were studied.The influence of environmental factors on the microbial community structure and diversity was discussed by Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA).It provides a theoretical basis for the protection and research of the microbial ecosystem in the offshore area of Changli,The conclusions are as follows:(1)The highest species abundance of microbial phylum in the offshore area of Changli was Proteobacteria,In seawater samples,the average species abundance of Proteobacteria in June,July and August was 60.7%,55.3%and 51.9%,respectively.In sediment samples,the average species abundance of Proteobacteria in June,July and August was 64.9%,62.8%and 56.7%,respectively.The highest species abundance of the class was Gammaproteobacteria.In the seawater samples,the average species abundance of Gammaproteobacteria in June,July and August was 31.2%,23.7 and 22.1%,respectively.In sediment samples,the average species abundance of Gammaproteobacteria in June,July and August was 32.4%,29.6%and 26.3%,respectively.The analysis of the species diversity index showed that the species diversity in seawater and sediment samples were August>July>June.Through CCA analysis,it is found that the main environmental impact factor in seawater are pH and nutrient salt,and the main environmental impact factor in sediment are pH and organic matter.(2)The highest species abundance of marine microorganisms in Changli gold coast nature reserve was Proteobacteria.In seawater samples,the average species abundance of Proteobacteria in May and August was 65.8%and 66.6%,respectively.In sediment samples,the average species abundance of Proteobacteria in May and August was 62.2%and 85.4%,respectively.The highest species abundance of the class was Gammaproteobacteria.The average species abundance of the seawater samples in may and August was 33.0%and 39.2%,respectively.In sediment samples,the average species abundance of Gammaproteobacteria in May and August was 36.3%and 78.1%,respectively.Analysis of the species diversity index showed that the species diversity in both seawater and sediment samples were May>August Through CCA analysis,it is found that the main environmental impact factor in seawater is nutrient salt,and the main environmental impact factor in sediment are pH and organic matter.
