The opening of the Arctic route will realize the direct connection between Eurasia and North America and change the world shipping pattern. At the same time, the Arctic region has abundant petroleum energy reserves. The opening of the Arctic route provides conditions for the exploitation and transportation of these energy resources, and further promotes the formation of new oil sources and transportation channels. The conclusion of oil trade cooperation among countries in the economic circle may enhance the influence of countries in oil trade. In addition, the opening of the Arctic route and the oil trade cooperation of the countries in the economic circle also provide China with a valuable opportunity to get rid of the situation of single oil source and excessive dependence on the Strait of Malacca, which is of practical significance. On the basis of defining 30 countries in the Arctic Route Economic Circle, this paper analyses the current situation of oil trade in the economic circle and the status of the countries in the oil trade network, and concludes that the countries in the Economic Circle occupy a certain share in the global oil trade, and the abundant oil reserves make the oil trade cooperation in the economic circle have a long-term development space.Traditional oil exporting countries and some Arctic eight countries do not occupy absolute dominant position in the oil trade network of the economic circle, which makes it more likely to participate in oil trade cooperation under the impetus of interests. In addition, the factors affecting the oil trade volume in the economic circle are analyzed and the influence test is carried out.Secondly, after defining the small world attributes of the oil trade network, based on the network, according to the factors affecting the oil trade volume in the economic circle, the paper introduces the reciprocity model, puts forward the hypothesis conditions, constructs the network game model, and simulates and analyses the factors affecting the oil trade cooperation among countries. The results are as follows(1)The greater the degree of goodwill perception, the more conducive to cooperation;(2)the higher the reciprocal preference of a country, the more conducive to cooperation;(3)the higher the proportion of initial cooperation, the more conducive to cooperation;(4)Reducing transportation costs is conducive to cooperation;(5)increasing oil production is conducive to cooperation;(6)the higher the incentives and penalties given by neighboring countries in the network, the more conducive to cooperation. Finally, according to the above conclusions, from the perspective of China, the paper puts forward policy recommendations for promoting oil trade cooperation among countries in the economic circle.
