Jinnan District is located in the main driving force of Tianjin's economic development and is an important area to undertake the urban function of the central city and the industrial function of Binhai New Area.As the speed of economic development continues to increase,the total energy demand maintains a relatively fast growth trend,while the conventional energy supply is insufficient,and the contradiction between supply and demand of energy is increasingly prominent.Geothermal energy is a hot spot in energy research in the world today.It combines solar energy,wind energy,bioenergy and tidal energy to form a new energy source.Jinnan Area of Tianjin contains abundant geothermal resources.It has a wide distribution,large reserves,long history of development and utilization,and the role of geothermal energy in the economic development of Jinnan District is becoming more and more obvious.Based on the extensive collection of predecessor data and field hydrogeological surveys,the paper systematically analyzes geothermal geological conditions in Jinnan District,systematically evaluates geothermal resources,and proposes development and utilization and protection programs.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:1.The geothermal reservoirs mainly mined in study area are the Neogene Minghuazhen Formation and the Guantao Formation sandstone,the Ordovician System and the Jixian System Wumishan Formation carbonate rocks.Based on the general geological structure characteristics of Tianjin,this paper establishes the geothermal geological model of Jinnan District and analyzes the spatial distribution of each thermal reservoir.2.The total amount of geothermal resources and geothermal fluid resources in Jinnan District were calculated by thermal storage method,and the recoverable geothermal resources of four thermal reservoirs were obtained.The amount of thermal resources is 22.23×1018J,which is equivalent to 7.59×108t of standard coal.The heat of recoverable heat resources is 1.54×1018J,which is equivalent to 0.52×108t of standard coal.The total static reserves are 339.1×108m3,of which,the static reserves of Minghuazhen Formation are 165.91×108m3,the static reserves of Guantao Formation are 99.83×108m3,the static reserves of Ordovician system are 8.12×108m3,and the static reserves of Jixian system Wumishan Formation are 65.24×108m3.3.The geothermal resource value and economic benefit of each thermal reservoir were evaluated.The value of geothermal fluid resources in Jinnan District was 0.861billion yuan/a,and the economic benefit was 1.3517 billion yuan/a.The annual saving of standard coal was 154,900 tons,saving annually.The environmental treatment cost is about 40.389 million yuan.The evaluation and protection plan for the development and utilization of geothermal resources is proposed from four aspects.
