Countries around the world have put forward higher regulations and standards for tire performance.These regulations have formed huge technical barriers for tire companies in China,forcing tire companies to carry out a new round of technical upgrades,in which tire noise is an important evaluation index for tire performance.Due to the very complex mechanism of tire noise,TBR tire noise radiation is more serious.When the driving speed of the car is in the middle-high speed stage,the tire noise accounts for about 60% of the vehicle noise,and the tire noise problem is becoming increasingly prominent.Carrying out tire noise radiation research has important engineering significance for vehicle safety evaluation and NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness)response research.In this paper,typical TBR tires are selected,and the effects of near-far field noise radiation and tread structure on tire noise are tested and simulated,including the following work:(1)The feasibility of fluid-solid coupling simulation of tire noise is theoretically proved.TBR tire solid model,fluid model,acoustic finite element and boundary element model are established,and indoor tire noise test is designed to verify the effectiveness of the fluid-structure coupling simulation method.(2)The noise emission rules of TBR tires with different pattern types are analyzed,according to the current noise test standards,the indoor noise tests are designed,TBR tire noise near-far field point/line sound source mixed propagation model is constructed,and the propagation law of the TBR tire in the positive direction is described.The simulation method is used to verify the validity of the model prediction.(3)The influence law of transverse groove width,longitudinal groove number and base surface width on TBR tire noise emission was analyzed quantitatively.The law between sound pressure level and velocity of single factor at different design levels,the dispersion analysis of one-third octave,and the law of equivalent 70km/h near-field noise radiation total sound pressure level are studied respectively.The phenomenon that the noise sound pressure level difference of the tire footprint trailing and footprint leading at 90km/h is further studied.(4)Comparing the results of the noise pressure level of TBR tires with the same typical tire pattern structure,which explain the difference of tire footprint trailing and footprint leading noise further.The simulation method is used to compare the flow field diagrams of the three tires,which can visually shows the pressure fluctuations of tire footprint trailing and footprint leading.The spectral data of sound field are derived,and the intensity of the direction of noise emission of the three tires can be seen from the spectrum.
