In the process of exploration and transportation of oil,the fluid in channel is mainly in form of two-phase oil-water flow.The water content and flow velocities are the most significant index to characterize two-phase oil-water flow.In particular,the accurate measurement results of water content affect directly the production,dehydration,transportation,measurement,sales,smelting of crude oil.it is an important guarantee of design,safe and efficient operation about oil industrial equipment.Therefore,it is of great scientific and practical significance to explore a new method for detecting the water content of oil-water two-phase flow.In this paper,based on the disadvantage of the existing parameters measurement method of oil-water two-phase flow,a new approach of measuring the water content of oil-water two-phase flow based on the magneto-acoustic coupling effect is proposed.Magnetic-acoustic coupling technology is a hot topic in biomedical field,but it is still blank in the field of parameters measurement of oil-water two-phase flow.Based on the analysis of the principle and applicability of magnetic induction and current exciting magneto-acoustic coupling technology,this paper focuses on the mechanism of acoustic signal using magnetic induction magneto-acoustic coupling technology in oil-water two-phase flow.At the same time,the mathematical model between the magneto-acoustic signal and the water content of oil-water two-phase flow has been built?This study constructs two structural measurement models,which are simulated in COMSOL Multiphysics software.In the simulation,compared with the simulation results,a better structure is selected,and then the stable constant magnetic field,alternating magnetic field and structural parameters are optimized.Meanwhile,the principle of velocity measurement using wet ultrasonic flowmeter is studied,and the excitation source of alternating magnetic field is developed.Finally,according to the theoretical research and simulation results,the experimental platform is built.This paper explores the magneto-acoustic coupling technique used in the parameters measurement of oil-water two-phase flow and has carried out some innovative work,which lays a foundation for the experimental research.
